I hereby grant permission to LocalEyes LLC, the rights of my digital assets as defined by the inclusion of imagery and any other digital asset/content without payment or any other consideration. I understand that these digital assets may be exhibited, published or distributed. Additionally, I waive any right to other compensation arising or related to the use of these digital assets.

By signing this release, I understand this permission signifies that digital assets provided from me may be electronically displayed and disseminated via the Internet or in the public setting. I will be consulted about the use of digital assets for any purpose other than those listed above. This release applies to photographic, audio, or video recordings collected as part of the sessions listed on this document only.

I agree to defend and indemnify, LocalEyes LLC, their officers and/or their employees or designees from and against any and all liability, including costs and expenses, including attorney fees, based on the violation of rights of ownership, infringement of copyright, or invasion of rights of privacy, or laws of libel, resulting from use of these digital assets or copies licensed by the respective owner when being utilized for the purpose stated in this document.

By signing this release, I acknowledge that I have completely read and fully understand the above release and agree to be bound thereby. I hereby waive and release all claims or potential claims I may have against the LocalEyes LLC, based upon utilizing the digital assets for the purpose stated in this document.
