Granelli’s brings the taste of Chicago-style thin crust pizza, pasta, sandwiches, and desserts to Castle Rock Colorado. Located off of Wilcox street, Pam and Grant Carley have built a Castle Rock favorite over the past 20 years. Granelli’s had been there for 23 years when Pam and Grant moved here from Chicago and saw a need for Southside Chicago style pizza.

Then 3 years ago Pam and Grant Carley sold the business to Angie and Mike Wurm where it is still family-owned and operated. Simple fresh ingredients and old family recipes are combined to create a unique taste and experience for all of Granelli’s customers.
