Aubergine Kitchen was founded in 2014 by a first-generation American family committed to improving people’s health and energy through better eating, in a convenient, easy and sustainable way. After studying food and nutrition for years, we came up with a set of principles to guide every product and process decision we make. At Aubergine Kitchen, we don’t believe in diets, calorie counting, trendy programs, extreme tactics, or get-slim-quick schemes; but rather, we are directed by fundamental truths that allow us to make healthy living easier, more convenient, and more enjoyable for everyone, everywhere – not just for a season but throughout your whole life.
